Michael O. Kadiri
Managing Director
Michael founded and became Managing Director of AIP BOESS Ltd in April 2010.
He leads an impressive team tasked with the mandate of hitting ambitious commercial targets and the attendant positive social impact the company will have in the communities it operates in.
Michael has a strong background in Sales, Marketing and Brand Management and has worked within the Pharma Industry in England and in International trade.
He holds an Economics degree from University of Leicester and a Post Graduate degree in Computer Sciences from University of Wales, Aberystwyth.
He is married with children and has a keen interest in Sports and Politics.
Titilola O. Ijimakinwa
Executive Director
Titi was invited to serve as an Executive Director of AIP BOESS in February 2016.
She is responsible for the integration and positioning of the organization as a key player within the socio-agro economic landscape in Nigeria. Titi also leads our Consulting practice where she creates platforms to support our vision to write ‘a new African story on Agriculture’.
Titi has developed her skills as an ideas generator and business liaison executive in corporate business marketing, merchandising and human resource training.
She is a post-graduate level degree holder of the University of Lagos, Nigeria and also a keen scholar and teacher of God’s word.
Philomena Ohuoba
Head, Legal, Compliance, Public & Regulatory Affairs.
Mrs. Ohuoba is tasked with identifying and preparing the group to meet internal and external operational and legal standards and compliance. Working with external legal counsel, she is also responsible for making sure that the group is legally guarded.
Philomena was called to the Nigerian Bar In December 1983. She started her working career soon after with the law firm Okey Owhonda & Co. based in Port Harcourt. She has successfully undertaken several assignments in the private and public sectors including stints at Computech (One of Nigeria’s first ICT companies) and more recently at AMCON as an AMP.
Philomena has continued to educate herself, taking courses locally and internationally and recently completed a Compliance and Money laundering course in Canada.
She is married with children.
